The Latin Quarter branch of Copenhagen's Cocks & Cows burger group, set in Hotel SP34 with a bar and a little rooftop for cocktails. The burgers are the draw — organic veg, free-range meat, a stack of local 'best burger' titles — served in a polished faux-American-diner setting with a Scandinavian gloss. Dependable and fun rather than a revelation; the bottomless-lunch deal is a decent value if you're hungry.
