Copenhagen's specialty-coffee pioneer, and the branch to know first: the Jægersborggade room is a bright, minimalist corner space from the roastery co-founded by World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen back in 2007-08. Beans are direct-trade and roasted in-house, and the brewing is genuinely world-class — this is a destination for coffee people. Downsides are the ones you'd expect of a beloved spot: it can get busy and the aesthetic is deliberately spare.
