Coffee Collective are among the most influential specialty roasters in Scandinavia, working directly with farmers on transparent, top-tier beans, and a cup here is about as good as filter or espresso gets in Copenhagen. Come for the coffee and the pilgrimage feel; it's functional and roastery-adjacent rather than a plush hangout.
