The Torvehallerne outpost of The Coffee Collective, Copenhagen's flag-bearer for third-wave specialty coffee and one of the roasteries that helped put the city's coffee scene on the map. Expect meticulous, direct-trade beans, precise espresso and filter, and a genuinely nerdy commitment to sourcing — plus a proper cardamom bun to go with it. It's a standing-room market kiosk rather than a place to linger, and prices sit at the premium end, but the coffee is about as good as it gets in the city centre.
