Coffee No 1 is a friendly local barista café in Kastrup, handy as one Metro stop from the airport. Beyond coffee it does brunch, cakes and burgers made with sustainable Danish produce, and doubles as a spot for small gatherings and meetings. It's a neighbourhood community café rather than a specialty-coffee pilgrimage, but a solid, welcoming stop out this side of town.
