Confecture is a genuine craft chocolatier in Christianshavn, run by Patrick Pörtner, who has worked chocolate for a couple of decades. Everything is handmade on-site: truffles and pralines that rotate with the seasons, cream puffs, chocolate bombs for hot chocolate, and house ice cream in the warmer months. For gifts or a serious sweet treat this is the real deal rather than a supermarket box; a small, personal shop worth seeking out if you care about good chocolate.
