The Spis take

A homegrown Copenhagen fried-chicken bar (with a Nørrebro and a Vesterbro spot) whose whole pitch is crunch: crisp buttermilk chicken burgers, nuggets and wings using 100% Danish chicken, plus a halloumi patty for vegetarians. It's a fun, well-executed fast-casual concept that locals genuinely rate — grab a burger and take it to the Lakes. Not fine dining, and it knows it, but a cut above the usual takeaway.
