The Spis take

A characterful little cocktail bar in the city centre with a Bornholm-island streak, mixing proper drinks with tapas and, of all things, shuffleboard. The pitch is quality cocktails at fair prices with personality rather than pretension — a good spot to settle in for the evening rather than a quick one. Note it keeps limited days (roughly Thursday–Saturday), so check before you trek.
