One of Copenhagen's original and most beloved multi-roaster cafes, Darcy's on Nørrebro pours a constantly rotating lineup of beans from top international roasters and bakes properly good pastries to go with them. The room is deliberately hygge — dried flowers, mismatched vintage-and-IKEA furniture, a living-room feel that regulars adore. The one real catch: the order-then-wait-at-your-table system buckles when it's busy, and it's often busy, so budget patience along with your kroner.
