The Spis take

One of Nordvest's neighbourhood darlings on Hejrevej - a hybrid of relaxed restaurant, café and well-stocked wine bar built around shared small plates and thoughtful, mostly-European natural wine. Plates run roughly 85-165 DKK and it's very much a quality-over-cheap proposition, so the bill climbs if you order freely, but the recommendations and the easy atmosphere are the point. Evenings only, Tuesday to Thursday, closed Sunday-Monday, and worth the trek out if you like wine bars with actual cooking.
