Delphine is COFOCO's Vesterbro take on the sunny Mediterranean — Greek-archipelago-meets-southern-Italy small plates off a big Parilla grill, all white walls, lanterns and shareable dishes like halloumi, grilled seafood, hummus and a memorable olive-oil-and-sea-salt yogurt sorbet. It's stylish and dependable in the way COFOCO rooms are, but that also means the familiar caveats: portions can feel small for the price and the turn-the-table pace can feel brisk. Good for a lively, group-friendly dinner if you go in knowing it's polished chain-group dining rather than a personal chef's passion project.
