Billed as one of Valby's coziest værtshuse, Den Gyldenblonde is a proper local brown bar - billiards, darts, a jukebox and a big screen - rather than a place you come to eat. It's for the neighbourhood regulars and a cheap beer with good company, exactly what a Danish pub should be. Warm and unpretentious, but manage your expectations if you're after food.
