Den Kinesiske Købmand is primarily a family-run Asian grocery, an institution among Copenhagen home cooks since 1991 and founded by a family from Saigon's Cholon district. At the Torvehallerne stall the draw for eaters is the takeaway dumplings and steamed buns alongside the pantry shopping.
