Copenhagen's current gelato darling, a tiny Osterbro gelateria run by Puglia-born couple Angela Carlone and Nicolas Sgobba who treat ice cream with the same care as a good espresso bar. Small batches, organic Sotofte milk, and flavours that swing from perfect pistachio and ricotta-honey to golden turmeric stracciatella - plus increasingly buzzy in-house baked goods and La Cabra coffee. There are often queues, but it earns the hype; open early enough that gelato-for-breakfast is fair game.
