The Spis take

A tiny, authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum and sushi spot on Amagerbrogade, where the dim sum is made by one of the few HK-trained hands in Denmark. It's genuinely the real thing, with standouts like cheung fun (rice noodle rolls) and fish in hot chilli, and it's often packed despite having only a handful of tables. The room is bare-bones and the food arguably deserves a grander setting, but for proper dim sum in Copenhagen this is a find.
