Aarhus's beloved Italian gelateria, founded on Trøjborg in 2002 by Venice-trained gelataio Roberto Damo, and still turning out fatto-a-mano gelato from carefully chosen ingredients. Regulars and reviewers routinely call it the best ice cream in the city, and it has since spread to several Aarhus neighbourhoods. For real, handmade gelato this is the reference point, not a novelty stop.
