A small Nørrebro dessert spot on Griffenfeldsgade trading in over-the-top sweet treats and creative flavour mashups rather than the sourdough-and-cardamom canon most Copenhagen bakeries chase. It's very much an Instagram-and-Wolt-era operation, so expect indulgence over restraint, and go for the fun of it rather than expecting a classic Danish bakery experience.
