The Spis take

A community-space-turned-summer-restaurant under the Ringgade bridge in Volume Village, run by three culture-scene friends on a 'good, simple food' ethic: lots of vegetables, local ingredients and cheap-ish wine. It's part clubhouse, part dancefloor, part kitchen, open Thursday to Sunday in the warm months with tables booked over Instagram.
