A one-idea stall inside the Aarhus Street Food hall that does duck and does it well: confit-duck burgers in a soft sesame bun, pulled-duck options, duck-fat fries and hash-brown 'duck boats'. The Spicy Duck with chili mayo and Danish cheddar is the signature, and service is quick. Fair warning that they sell no drinks, not even water, so grab those elsewhere in the hall. A fun, affordable stop when you want something more characterful than the usual street-food burger.
