A duck-obsessed stall in the Aalborg Street Food hall by the boat harbour in Vestbyen, where the whole menu circles confit duck: the pulled-duck burger is the signature, and even the fries and fritters are cooked in duck fat. Grab it and eat at the waterside benches.
