The Spis take

One of Nørrebro's most-loved little cafés, from Isabella Kristensen and Andreas Albertsen, with a handcrafted interior of vintage woodwork and patinated walls. What sets it apart is a genuinely exciting, ever-changing menu and pop-ups: scones with whipped butter and jam, mille crêpe, sticky toffee pudding, great grilled cheese and matcha. It carries real critical love (World of Mouth lists it among Copenhagen's best cafés) while still feeling like a warm, everyone-welcome neighborhood room. A standout.
