A Spanish cava-and-tapas bar in a plum spot on Ved Stranden, right on the canal near Højbro Plads. The draw is bubbles: sparkling cava by the glass alongside charcuterie and tapas boards, plus tapas-style smørrebrød at lunch. It's more a place to perch with a glass and a view of the passing crowd than a serious dinner destination — reviews are solid rather than ecstatic, and the location commands central-Copenhagen prices.
