Good forfalafel on the go in Christiania
“
The Spis take
A Christiania institution: a falafel stand at the top of what was Pusher Street that's been frying its version for decades and is often name-checked as some of the best falafel in the city. Crisp, herby balls in pita with fresh salad and that beloved pomegranate/garlic sauce, served essentially around the clock. Portions can feel small for the price and it's very much a stand-and-eat street affair, but as a Christiania ritual it's worth the stop.
