Fiasco is a playful little natural-wine bar in Indre By that pairs low-intervention bottles with a short, creative kitchen menu rather than trying to be a full restaurant. It's the kind of place to perch at the bar over a glass of something orange and a few snacky plates; the wine list is solid enough to have earned a Star Wine List nod. Worth knowing it's evenings-only and closed early in the week, and the kitchen keeps tighter hours than the bar. Not a destination, but a genuinely enjoyable neighborhood wine spot.
