The Spis take

Fishmarket is a seafood restaurant in Copenhagen's old town from the team behind Pastis, focused on oysters, shellfish platters and simply cooked fish with a serious champagne list. When it's on, the bisque and fish-of-the-day earn the location; but reviews are uneven, with some diners feeling the seafood didn't quite live up to the name and service can wobble. A pleasant central spot for oysters and bubbles, just not a guaranteed knockout.
