A long-running Danish chocolatier (the family has been at it well over a century) with a shop on Købmagergade selling handmade chocolates, truffles, homemade ice cream and coffee. It's a solid, traditional confectioner rather than a trendy bean-to-bar newcomer — good for a gift box or a treat while wandering the pedestrian street. Reliable craft, not cutting-edge.
