Fromberg on Vesterbrogade runs on one short menu that changes every week, roaming the globe (Indonesian one week, South American or Asian the next) under chef-owner Martin Fromberg, previously of BaneGaarden and the Danish Mission Chinese Food sibling. The cramped, mismatched-chairs room belies genuinely accomplished cooking, and regulars love the surprise of never quite knowing what they'll get. Come open-minded; the odd dish can miss, but the concept and ambition are the point.
