Part of the grand Nimb pavilion inside Tivoli, Fru Nimb does refined smørrebrød built on local, seasonal and organic produce, with a terrace overlooking the gardens. Expect the Danish classics done properly, pickled herring, smoked eel, steak tartare, plus warm dishes, in a polished setting where service usually shines. It's a lovely, slightly pricey Tivoli experience (park admission required when the gardens are open), and while some find the food merely good for the money, the setting carries a lot of the appeal.
