A tiny, single-minded cookie shop on Frederiksborggade near Strøget, founded by Houston-raised Kimico Frydenlund, that does basically two things: warm chocolate-chip cookies and hot chocolate. The narrow menu is the whole point — consistency over sprawl — and it has built a devoted, social-media-fuelled following of people queuing for a gooey cookie fresh from the oven. If you want a sweet, cosy pick-me-up in the centre it delivers; just don't expect a full café.
