Gasoline Grill is Copenhagen's cult burger name, and this is its outpost at the end of Tivoli's Open-Air Stage lawn. The formula is simple and disciplined: organic beef ground in-house daily, a short menu, soft buns, no fuss, and it has been effectively selling out since day one. The Tivoli location is a franchise so purists may argue it isn't quite the original hole-in-the-wall magic, but the burgers still hit and it's one of the better things you can eat inside the park.
