The Niels Hemmingsens Gade outpost of Gasoline Grill, the organic-burger cult that started in an old gas station and helped kick off Copenhagen's burger arms race. The formula is tight: house-ground organic beef, a house potato roll, a short menu, and doors open daily from 11:00 until they sell out. There's no seating here — it's a grab-and-go window — but the classic cheeseburger genuinely lives up to the hype.
