The Spis take

A kebab-and-falafel counter tucked into the Amager Centret mall, dishing out pita, durum, bowls and Turkish-bread wraps alongside the usual fries and French hotdogs. They make a point of homemade falafel and dips and fresh daily veg, which nudges it a step above generic mall fast food. It is exactly what it looks like — a solid, cheap refuel between errands, not a destination.
