Café GLAD on Frederiksbjerg has been doing organic, made-from-scratch healthy food since 2005, and holds the organic gold mark meaning over 90% of what it serves is organic. Expect brunch, salads, sandwiches and cakes, mostly geared to takeaway (with bike delivery across town) but with a cosy corner to sit. A dependable, feel-good option if you want something wholesome rather than indulgent.
