The sit-down restaurant at BaneGaarden, serving an organic, seasonal, vegetable-forward menu as communal dining in a restored greenhouse — long shared tables, one seating at 18:00, and a self-tapped-wine informality. At around 185 DKK for the changing three-course menu it's remarkably good value for the setting, and reviews consistently praise the food and warm atmosphere. Note it runs on limited seasonal seatings, so book ahead and check dates rather than turning up.
