The Aarhus branch of GRØD, the porridge bar that started the whole grown-up-porridge idea in Denmark back in 2011. On charming Graven in the Latin Quarter, it does the full range: creamy oat porridge with proper toppings for breakfast, plus savoury risottos and seasonal bowls later in the day. It's a genuinely cosy, good-value spot and a nice example of a simple concept done with care, even if the idea of paying restaurant money for porridge won't land for everyone.
