H A N S Coffee (formerly CUB Coffee Bar) is Hans Kristian Andersen's own specialty-coffee-and-pastry project after his time at Andersen & Maillard — bright, minimalist Scandi rooms across a handful of central locations, built on carefully made coffee and seriously good baking. The croissants and pastries are the draw; fans will happily argue they rival Paris. A reliably lovely stop for morning coffee and something buttery, if a touch of a scene at peak times.
