Aarhus's first matcha bar and sourdough bakery, and it became a small phenomenon almost overnight. Nordic-minimal room, open-faced bagels, sourdough and cakes, and a matcha program that's the actual point. Expect a queue and a bit of a scene, but the ceremony is real, not just Instagram styling. Best as a morning or midday stop.
