A specialty coffee bar in the inner city — the former CUB Coffee Bar, relaunched as HANS — turning out serious espresso and a pastry program people rave about, croissants especially (some insist they beat Paris). The look is clean Scandi with wood and brushed steel, the staff friendly, and the coffee consistent. A reliable stop for a flat white and something buttery while wandering the centre.
