A Greek gyros stall inside the Aalborg Streetfood hall, run by Greek cooks who build the pitas and cut the fries from scratch. Souvlaki, gyros and platters done honestly. It is a food-hall counter, so expect to eat off a shared communal table rather than sit down to service.
