Hart is the cult Copenhagen bakery from Richard Hart, the ex-Tartine head baker whom Rene Redzepi lured to the city, and it's widely considered the best in town. Everything is baked in-house from organic grains milled on-site, from the signature City Loaf sourdough to seriously good croissants and pastries. Expect a line, expect to pay a bit more, and expect it to be worth it; this is a genuine destination bakery.
