One of the best bakeries in Copenhagen, full stop. Founded by Richard Hart, formerly the baker at Noma, Hart turned Danish baking into a destination, its blistered sourdough loaves sell out fast and the butter-heavy croissants and cardamom buns are the stuff of queues. The Islands Brygge branch brings that same standard to the harbourside; go early, expect a line, and don't leave without something laminated.
