Hart is the Istedgade outpost of Richard Hart's cult bakery (the ex-Tartine baker who opened with Noma's René Redzepi), and it's one of the genuinely best bakeries in Copenhagen. Come for the naturally-leavened sourdough that sells out early, the shatteringly good croissants and the famous cardamom buns, all milled and baked with real obsession. Expect queues and expect to pay a bit more — it earns it.
