The Kødbyen outpost of Hart Bageri, the cult sourdough-and-viennoiserie bakery founded by Tartine alum Richard Hart and backed by Noma's René Redzepi. This is genuinely some of the best bread and pastry in Copenhagen — laminated croissants, cardamom knots and blistered sourdough milled and baked in-house — and it's beloved for good reason. Caveat: expect queues, premium prices and popular items selling out early, so go hungry and go early.
