The Nørrebro outpost of Hart Bageri, the cult sourdough-and-pastry bakery founded by Richard Hart (ex-head baker at Tartine, brought to Copenhagen with René Redzepi's encouragement). Expect house-milled organic grain, exceptional naturally leavened bread and the famous cardamom bun/croissant, all at premium bakery prices.
