This is the Store Kongensgade outpost of Hart Bageri, the sourdough bakery Richard Hart opened in 2018 after leading the bake at San Francisco's Tartine, with backing from Noma's René Redzepi. The bread and pastries, especially the cardamom croissant, are among the best in the city, and the famous sourdough loaves sell out fast. This particular shop is essentially takeaway with no more than a bench or two, so grab and go rather than linger.
