A gloriously odd hybrid on Istedgade in Vesterbro: half hat-and-boot boutique (Stetson, Borsalino, Kangol), half bourbon-and-cocktail bar, dreamed up by a former bartender who wanted to sell you a whiskey and a hat in the same room. Chesterfield sofas, brick walls and vintage photos make it a fun, characterful stop for a bourbon rather than a full night out. Go for the concept and the drink, not for food.
