A proper old-school Danish grillbar down on the harbour at Sverigesgade, and something of an Aarhus institution. This is where you go for a serious bøfsandwich, a hot dog, or a fish fillet with fries, eaten at a plastic table or outside in the sun, no pretension anywhere in sight. It has been crowned the city's best pølsevogn more than once and even won a national best-beef-sandwich title, so expectations run high. It's grill food, so the odd order lands lukewarm or a bit dull, but on a good day it's exactly the honest, greasy harbour classic you want.
