The Spis take

A tiny family Bosnian kitchen on Nørre Allé (the old Köz Grill space) run by the Demirovic family, built around 'merak', the joy of a slow meal shared. The specialty is lešo meso, slow-cooked veal/beef on the bone; burek and Friday/Saturday whole-roast lamb (janjetina) round it out. Just 12 seats and open Thu-Sat evenings only, so it's takeaway-first and worth booking ahead.
