The waterside outpost of Rosio Sanchez's beloved Hija de Sanchez taquería, at Broens Gadekøkken by the harbor. Sanchez — a former Noma pastry chef — nixtamalizes indigenous Mexican corn into fresh masa right in Copenhagen, and the tacos are widely regarded as among the city's best. This is a stand-up, order-at-the-counter market spot rather than the fuller Sanchez restaurants, but the tortillas and fillings carry the same serious pedigree.
