Rosio Sanchez, the ex-Noma pastry chef who put proper tacos on Copenhagen's map, and this Carlsberg Byen location, opened in the striking former Kedelhalle, is the newest and arguably most stunning of her taquerias. Masa is nixtamalised in-house, tortillas hit the plancha to order, and Nordic ingredients meet real Mexican technique; it's genuinely among the best tacos in the city. Casual and not cheap for tacos, but the quality earns it, and it stays busy.
